Ayşegül Andıç

Ayşegül Andıç is the founding partner of Andıç Law Office, established in 1997 and is well known in the insurance sector, with her 39 years of experience including top legal positions in insurance companies such as Güven, Bayındır, and Nippon; consultancy to insurance companies such as AIG and Sompo Japan.
She is also an instructor for the Turkish Insurance Institute Foundation, an arbitrator in the Turkish Insurance Arbitration Committee and Head of the Legal Committee of Insurance Practitioners Association. She is considered an expert in insurance law, transportation law and conventions, accident insurance, fire insurance, compulsory liability insurances and malpractice claims.
As Head of the Legal Committee of Insurance Practitioners Association, she is the co-author of the book Insurance Law under the New Turkish Commercial Code.

Mete Can Eriş is a board member of General Insurers Association (GESID) and a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IACD).
He is fluent in English and French.

Ahmet Eren Aykut graduated from Bilkent University Law Faculty. He completed Bilgi University Economics Law Master’s Program with the project “Personal Data in the Insurance Sector”. .
